Dishes selected for the FODMAP menu were developed based on advise and recipes from Dr Sue Sheppard books and Monash University FODMAP diet. These dishes are gluten-free, fructose-free and lactose-free. We understand people have different tolerances, please discuss with us if you would like some ingredients omitted. 

All of the above meals are prepared in our kitchen where ingredients which are not FODMAP friendly exist.   Trace elements of these ingredients may exist.
